      According to Mayan prophecy, the world is set to expire on December 21, 2012. With only 4 1/2 weeks (and counting) to the end of the world, Old Spice has recruited arguably the best defender of all-time – NBA legend and global ambassador Dikembe Mutombo – to save the planet from its impending peril!

      In a new digital campaign launched last week promoting its Champion scent, “Dikembe Mutombo’s 4 1/2 Weeks to Save the World” is a real-time, embeddable digital video game.

      Bullz-Eye: Tell us about the game. According to the site you have 4 1/2 weeks to save the world before the end of the Mayan calendar, correct?

      Dikembe Mutombo: I team up with Old Spice to promote the computer game and we have to save the world in 4 1/2 weeks. Also to promote Champion scent from Old Spice. It’s a wonderful game for everybody to play.

      Bullz-Eye: The concept is you’re going to defeat your rivals and save the world. Is there any way you could save everyone on Earth except for my ex-wife?

      DM: (Laughing) We have to save the entire world. We’re going to save the world because the Mayan calendar says it will end in four and a half weeks. And we’re going to do our best to stay alive.

      BarberShopBlog Talks To Greg Jennings About “Smelf-Confidence” And, Um, Balls

      You’ve caught passes from obviously Aaron Rodgers and earlier in your career Brett Favre- who throws the ball harder?

      I always have to tip my hat to Aaron simply because he is younger; I was with Brett in his latter stages. He has stories about guys with broken fingers on his resume, but when I was here definitely Aaron.

      Who throws the more catchable ball? And what makes a ball more catchable?

      They both throw the most catchable balls. And that said, NO Homo. But they both have balls that…I don’t even like to talk about it. They both throw a really good uh… (laughing) balls.

      What’s the deal with Old Spice and how did you guys team up?

      It’s all about the new Champion Scent and I was just working with Old Spice and the new ad campaign. There is more to come, but the first ad, me with my dog, just letting everybody know that if you believe in your “smelf”, anything can be possible. Your “smelf” is all about “smelf confidence” and making sure you can overcome anything getting the viewer and the fan to realize you can overcome any type of adverse situation if you use this Champion Scent from Old Spice.

Maybe it’s that booger you have hanging out of your nose that you’re unaware of, your wife that’s overly “friendly” to your homies on game day, or just that funk that emanates from your body that you’ve gotten so used to you don’t even notice anymore.

Time for an upgrade, my man. Luckily, Old Spice can help. Behold; the Old Spice Fresh Collection. Old Spice has taken all the thinking out of it for you. Just buy one of five exotic scents, apply liberally to your B-O-D and become a better man in minutes.

      Old Spice Anti Perspirant & Deodorant reviews

      Old Spice Logo.Old Spice is right in the mix of the fight against underarm odor with 4 targeted scents from their “Fresh Collection” of anti perspirants – deodorants. We had the chance to test Cyprus, Matterhorn, Fiji and Denali and I have to say they are all good scents that won’t offend guys out there with an overpowering fragrance (some of the competing products went overboard with too strong of an aroma that can be mistaken as a disinfectant). The protection from perspiration from Old Spice was there throughout the day and any underarm odor was kept at bay!

      I found it amusing that all of the contaniers describe each scent using the word “Freedom”. Example: Denali – Smells like Wilderness, Open air and “Freedom.” Don’t get too caught up when Old Spice references “Freedom” as I really didn’t get that feeling from this product and I wasn’t anymore free than the day before. At the least I now know what “Freedom” smells like but don’t get too cocky thinking just because you now smell like “Freedom” that you are “free” to do as you please. Back to the product here….Old Spice produced good sticks for us guys’ and I plan on using them going forward.
