Bullz-Eye reviews the Nissan Altima coupe

Nissan Altima Coupe.

Bullz-Eye recently had the chance to get behind the wheel of the 2011 Nissan Altima coupe for a review. The Altima has always been a well-received model, even if it has been a little boring at times. Nissan continues to refine the body, delivering a sleek and sporty coupe with a surprising amount of interior space.

Here’s an excerpt from our staff’s review:

As much as I liked the 2011 Altima Coupe, the performance was probably the most memorable aspect of the car as it performed handsomely. The 2.5-liter DOHC 16 valve 4-cyclinder engine had quick response and the 175 horsepower with 180 lb-ft torque had the power I desired. The power was also smooth considering the continuous variable transmission and sequential multi-point fuel injection system. The power rack and pinion steering played a key role in the above average handling of the 2011 Altima especially when taking tight turns at decent speeds. I dealt with a lot of snow during my time behind the Altima’s wheel and the traction control and anti-lock braking system worked like a charm. The Altima performed much better than larger vehicles I have driven in these conditions.

Check in with Bullz-Eye on the Game On road trip with Chrysler

Chrysler Game On.

The Big Game is finally over, and through it all, Bullz-Eye’s had some great experiences with Chrysler’s Game On blogger road trip. From getting stuck in Ennis, Texas, to finally making it into a weather beaten Dallas. Then of course there was the tailgate experience before the Big Game.

It’s been a great trip so far, but there’s still more to come. Be sure to keep checking in at the Bullz-Eye Blog for more updates from the Game On roadtrip.

Bullz-Eye reviews the Timbuk2 Limited Edition Giraffe messenger

Timbuk2 is a household name among college students and metropolitan hipsters alike. The iconic messenger bag has been around for 20 years, as hard as that is to believe. Bullz-Eye recently had a chance to take a look at the company’s latest product, the classic messenger bag, updated with a giraffe print.

Here’s an excerpt from the review:

Apart from the outside of the bag, which features a more stylish canvas fabric instead of the usual ballistic fiber, the Giraffe Messenger is practically identical to its bestselling forebear. The ballistic nylon boot ensures that you can put it down on any surface without worrying about the canvas getting ruined, and the waterproof TPU liner protects the contents inside from getting soaked in the rain. The two large Velcro strips and buckle clips that secure the outside flap also help prevent unwanted damage, but it’s not exactly a fortress like Booq’s line of laptop messengers. You can also attach an optional cross strap for added security, but unless you plan on wearing it while riding a bike (in which case it’s incredibly useful), the strap can be a little too tight for comfort.

Tim McGraw releases limited edition buckle to benefit his Neighbor’s Keeper Charity

A few months back, Bullz-Eye reviewed Tim McGraw’s “Silver” Cologne by Coty and the reviewer there says he stills enjoys wearing it.

Bullz-Eye was also fortunate to receive a limtied edition belt buckle benefiting Tim’s charity Neighbor’s Keeper. McGraw created the distinct belt buckles with Vintage Wear Cali and now fans can go to www.timmcgrawfrangances.com for a chance to win an exclusive fan favorite belt buckle.

This is a very cool belt buckle with a black guitar pick set in a silver buckle featuring clear stones and a rope patterned edge. For every entry a donation of one dollar will be made to Neighbor’s Keeper.
