Bottoms Up Timepiece review

If you’re looking for a new watch, you might want to take a look at the Bottoms Up watch from Happy Hour Timepieces. Bullz-Eye recently had the chance to review the watch, which gets its name from the built-in bottle opener on the band.

Here’s what Bullz-Eye’s staff member had to say:

Happy Hour Timepieces contacted us regarding their new “Bottoms Up” watch that helps makes happy hour more fun than ever! The new Bottoms Up watch is not your normal wrist watch as this accessory sports a patented bottle opener built seamlessly into the band buckle. That’s correct folks your watch can now double up as a back up bottle opener. (That’s a very cool idea in my book) I tested the opener on a fine Domestic beverage for review purposes only (ha ha) and it worked like a charm.

Bullz-Eye reviews the 2011 Explorer Limited

Ford Explorer review.

Bullz-Eye recently had the chance to review the new 2011 Ford Explorer Limited. The Explorer is one of those models that hasn’t seen an update in several years. This year it looks like Ford is trying to move the Explorer into the crossover segment.

Here’s what Bullz-Eye’s staff member had to say:

When I first took a look at the 2011 Ford Explorer it was obvious this would be a new beginning for a familiar name. The model I drove was an Explorer Limited 4WD with fog lamps, privacy glass in the 2nd and 3rd rows, dual chromed exhaust tips, roof rack side rails 20″ painted aluminum wheels and LED tail lamps. There are more than a few similarities between the 2011 Ford Explorer and the 2011 Ford Edge and I found myself doing a double take when I spotted either of the vehicles on the road. Basically both have a sleek and modern look and are both eye catching. Ford has been building the Explorer since 1991 but has not made fundamental changes to the exterior in any of the previous redesigns. The body is a few inches longer than the prior model but with the sleek new styling I don’t thing anyone will notice without breaking out a tape measure. This look is the look the Ford Freestyle should have achieved a few years back.

Bullz-Eye hits the Final Four

Bullz-Eye at the Final Four

Bullz-Eye was on hand in Houston this weekend for the Final Four – easily one of the greatest sporting events of the year. Just getting to the event got our guys in the mood for some March Madness. Fans were throwing foam basketballs and sporting their team’s colors everywhere – luggage, clothing, even body paint in some cases.

Here’s a quick peek at what the Bullz-Eye staff saw at the games:

Shortly thereafter, we had settled into our club seats, center court, ready to take in the action. The stadium, like the city, was electric, with fans from all four teams — Butler, VCU, Kentucky and UConn — ready to cheer their boys on to Monday’s title game. Up first was 8-seeded Butler vs. 11-seeded VCU, a meeting of Cinderellas that got the evening off to a great start. In fact, while Kentucky vs. UConn represented what many fans considered the primetime highlight of the evening, the Butler/VCU game was the more enjoyable matchup. Butler G Shelvin Mack and VCU F Jamie Skeen exchanged baskets for much of the evening, with Skeen topping Mack in points, 27-24, but VCU stumbled late and Mack’s Bulldogs ultimately wound up with the advantage on the scoreboard. And that, as we all know, is the only thing that matters.

Bullz-Eye’s at the Final Four with Infiniti and the M Hybrid

The guys at Bullz-Eye really said it best when they said this is the best time of year for sports fans. We just had MLB opening day, the NFL draft is right around the corner, and who could possibly forget about March Madness. Few sporting events stir up the kind of excitement generated by the Final Four, and for good reason.

Bullz-Eye is On Location for the Final Four this year, courtesy of Infiniti and the new M Hybrid. They’ve put together five things to look forward to for this year’s Final Four. For the full list, head over to the Bullz-Eye Blog, and don’t forget to check out the video above.
