The only vehicle valuation source trusted by both consumers and the automotive industry, KBB announced the winners of its 2016 Best Buy Awards, which honor the top new model-year vehicle choices available in the U.S. The premier awards program is designed to help new-car buyers with the sometimes overwhelming task of identifying the best new car for them.

The 2016 Best Buy Awards Finalist models were chosen after a year of rigorous testing of nearly every new model vehicle in America.

The initial pool consisted of the 49 vehicles listed below across 12 categories, each vehicle included for being recognized as the best in overall quality and value, based both on proprietary Kelley Blue Book metrics and the expert evaluations of the KBB.com editorial staff.
